Refund policy

Following is our Return Policy on Goods.  Please see Terms & Conditions for Services for our refund policy on in-person classes.

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.  Items must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with the seal unbroken.   All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given.  Shipping will not be refunded.  No refunds after 30 days of original purchase.  

Opened items may not be returned.

Software and digital items, such as PDF patterns, may not be returned.

Sewing machines purchased online and UNOPENED can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee.  Returns must include all original accessories included with the machine, as well as all free bundle items.  All machines are subject to inspection before the refund is given.  The price of any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount.

Fabric yardage may not be returned, as it is cut to order at specified length.  Pre-cut bundles, including fat quarters, 5" square packs, 10" square packs, and 2.5" strip rolls, may be returned if unopened for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee.

Customer pays shipping costs on all returns.  Items that had free shipping on original purchase will have the refund reduced by the original shipping amount.
