Our Girl Scout Events are perfect for kids of all experience levels — even beginners with no sewing background.  Each event includes all materials and step-by-step instruction to create a fun, age-appropriate project your Scouts will love!

Daisy Troops
Flower Power Badge

Cost:  $25 per Scout

Duration: 90-minute event

Introduce your Daisy troop to the art of hand-sewing! Each Daisy will make one 'Flower Power' badge by hand sewing and gluing pieces of felt together.

Brownie Troops (Year 1)
Headbands

Cost:  $35 per Scout

Duration: 90-minute event

In this event, Brownie troops will discover what the world of machine sewing has to offer! As Brownies make two fabric headbands, they will learn how to use a pattern, proper pinning and cutting, and sewing machine basics.

Brownie Troops (Year 2)
Wristlets

Cost:  $35 per Scout

Duration: 90-minute event

Second-year Brownie troops will design and sew a fabric wristlet. Scouts will choose their fabrics and make a useful accessory!

Junior Troops (Year 1)

Cost:  $35 per Scout

Every Girl Scout needs a sit-upon for camping trips! In this event for second-year Junior troops, students will upcycle a shopping bag to make a sit-upon with their initial appliqued on the front. 90-minute event.

Junior Troops (Year 2)

Cost:  $45 per Scout

In this two-hour event, Junior troops will learn the basic principles of sewing. Girl Scouts will choose two coordinating fabrics and straps to make a lined tote bag with a sewing machine.

Tag-Along Tote Bag

Cost:  $45 per Scout

Duration: 120-minute event

In this two-hour event, Junior troops will learn the basic principles of sewing. Girl Scouts will choose two coordinating fabrics and straps to make a lined tote bag with a sewing machine.

Junior Troops (Year 2)
Sit-Upon 

Cost:  $35 per Scout

Duration: 90-minute event

Terms & Conditions:   A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be due upon booking in order to secure your event date and time.   The final attendee head count must be submitted at least five calendar days prior to the event. At that time, the remaining balance will be due based on the confirmed number of attendees. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued if actual attendance is lower than the final headcount provided.
