sewciety juniors: stitch + story - the kissing hand
We are bringing back Sewciety Juniors, a fun crafting hour and a bit in which kids are introduced to hand sewing and other fiber arts! Sewciety Juniors projects have been designed specifically for children who are in kindergarten or first grade only; please, no preschoolers.
First, we'll read the fantastic book, the kissing hand, then kids will learn how to hand sew a cute Valentine envelope with a little surprise inside. This project is made with felt, embroidery floss and fabric glue.
This is a drop-off class; parents do not need to stay with their child. All materials are included in the price of the class. Please provide your child with a snack for when we take a short snack break. Too cute to miss out on!!
We have modified our classes to comply with the CDC guidelines and NJ Executive Order 152. Classes will be limited in size, students stations will be at least 6 feet away from each other and students will be required to wear a mask.
