garment series: durban jumpsuit

Jumpsuit season is back!!! Join Erin in the studio this July to make the Durban Jumpsuit/Romper by Megan Nielsen!

The Durban is a mix and match jumpsuit and romper set, packed with multiple options.  In this class, students will have the option of making either View A or View B; View A is a V-neck tapered leg jumpsuit with inseam pockets, back pockets and sleeves, while View B is a V-neck wide leg sleeveless jumpsuit with front patch pockets.

We'll start off class on Friday, July 11th with a cutting session so we can prepare the fabric needed for garment construction on the following Saturdays, July 12th and 19th.

During this 2-weekend class, students will learn how to make both inseam and patch pockets, sew buttons, and sew darts.  This class is suitable for intermediate level students.  Prior garment sewing experience is required in order to take this class.  Ideally, students will have sewn at least three garment projects prior to registering for this class.  Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class, a refund will only be provided if you notify us 72 hours in advance in writing by email and there is a waitlist for the class, and we are able to fill your spot.  Otherwise, a credit for a future class will be issued.

No refunds or credits will be provided if you notify us less than 72 hours in advance. By registering for the class, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
