knitting 201: fixing mistakes

Are you knitting in fear of dropping a stitch?  Purling when you should have knit?  Did too many increases or decreases? Has it stopped you in your tracks and you're left feeling defeated? Don't stress, it happens to everyone even when you have been knitting for years.

In this class we will show you how to recognize and fix those mistakes so that you can continue with your projects to completion!

Our talented instructor Mandy will cover knitting basics - this includes unpicking or “frogging” your individual stitches and rows, how to undo those increases and decreases and how to undo your bind off. You will learn many more helpful hints and tips throughout class and group discussion!

Students are required to prepare two (2) swatches before attending class and to bring them to class with you. You will then make those previously mentioned mistakes and fix them in class. Before you know it, you will be a pro and will never have to worry about stopping a knitting project in the future.

This intermediate class is recommended for students with interest and experience in knitting, especially for those who have completed our Knitting 101 course and are looking to enhance their skills.

Required Materials:
- (2) swatches made prior to attending class

Required Tools:
- crochet hook: size F, size G, or size H
- pen + paper to takes notes

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class, a refund will only be provided if you notify us 72 hours in advance in writing by email and there is a waitlist for the class, and we are able to fill your spot.  Otherwise, a credit for a future class will be issued.
