sewing workshop: scrappy rope bowl

All sewists should have one of these cute bowls! This colorful catch-all is the perfect storage for all sorts of sewing notions, coins, even small jewelry. During this 2.5-hour class, students will learn how to sew fabric straps around cording rope to create a beautifully unique rope bowl. Once you learn how to make one, you'll be able to make more to gift to family and friends. This class is perfect for advanced beginner to intermediate sewists looking for a fun new project to make. Students should be confident in independently using a sewing machine.
Rope + fabric scraps will be included in the price of the class, but students are required to bring thread. We have a wide selection of threads available in our shop - if you plan to shop for thread on the day of class, please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you have enough time to browse our thread selections.
Required Materials:
- (1) 274 yd spool of thread, we recommend using white

If you are unable to attend, a refund will only be provided if you notify us 72 hours in advance in writing by email, there is a waitlist for the class, and we are able to fill your spot. Otherwise, a credit for a future class will be issued.
