bag series: noodlehead yarrow wristlet
Up next in our bag series is the popular Yarrow wristlet by Noddlehead. This is such a versatile pattern, perfect for running errands or using as a wallet in a larger bag. This satisfying sew has some fun details with handy card slots and zipper pocket inside plus a useful external pocket for quick access.
Required Materials:
- the Yarrow pattern by noodlehead, available here
- 1/4 yard Exterior Fabric, pattern recommends canvas 7-9oz or a medium weight cotton. Waxed canvas may also be used for the exterior, we have a wide selection of fabrics available in the shop and our staff would be happy to help with your fabric selection.
- 1/3 yard Lining Fabric, quilting cotton
- (1) 4" interior zipper (for top closure) and (1) 12” handbag zipper for main closure, we recommend using our zippers by the yard which can be cut to length, wide selection available here.
- 1/2 yd od fusible woven interfacing, we recommend Pellon SF101, available here
-1/4 yd medium weight interfacing, we recommend Pellon 809.
- Hardware for wrist strap: 1/2" wide d-ring AND 1/2" wide swivel snap, both available to purchase in the shop
- (1) spool of coordinating thread
Required Tools:
- Fabric scissors
- Pins and/or wonder clips
- seam ripper
- chalk or friction pen
- detail scissors
All students should ensure they come to class with their fabrics purchased.
This class is suitable for intermediate level sewists.

If you are unable to attend, a refund will only be provided if you notify us 72 hrs in advance in writing by email, there is a waitlist for the class, AND we are able to fill your spot. Otherwise, a credit for a future class will be issued.
