foundation paper piecing: fall pumpkin pillow

Decorate for fall with this stunning pumpkin pillow AND learn the skill of foundation paper piecing!
Unlike English paper piecing, foundation paper piecing is sewn using a sewing machine. It is a piecing method that uses a foundation paper to which all the pieces of fabric are stitched onto, it is particularly useful when wanting to achieve accuracy in piecing and designs with sharp points.

Paper piecing experience is not required we'll teach you the technique and provide lots of helpful tips and tricks for paper piecing success. You will need to be able to independently use a sewing machine.

Students must purchase, download, and print the pattern by Kohatu patterns and bring it to the first class.  Pattern can be downloaded here:  Pumpkin pattern
