bag series: poolside tote

The Poolside Tote by Noodlehead will have you ready for all your summer adventures!  Make the perfect bag for trips to the pool or beach. 

This tote has all sorts of special features:

- it's roomy with fun accents to show off your favorite prints
- exterior zipper pocket 
- exterior slip pocket option
- key loop

The finished dimensions are 7.5" D x 14.5" wide across the base, 14.5" tall, 23.5" wide including handle

Students must arrive to class on time, with all materials purchased, cut out, and ready to sew. If you are not confident cutting your fabrics at home we are offering a cutting session on Friday 23rd June at 6.30pm Sign up here. 

Required Materials:

• Poolside Tote Pattern from Noodlehead available here
• exterior fabric : 1 1/4 yards (1 yard if using 54’’ wide fabric)
• lining fabric :  1 1/4 yards (1 yard if using 54’’ wide fabric)
• accent fabric (Handles, pocket lining)  - 3/4 yard
• accent fabric (facing) - 1/2 yard
• 10” zipper
• twill tape or ribbon 1” wide 4.5’’ piece
• fusible woven interfacing (Pellon SF101 – 20’’ wide) 2-3/4 yards. additional yardage may be needed if you are using quilting cotton for the bag exterior
• swivel clasp (1’’) or d-ring (1’’)
• Optional 5/8 yard soft and stable for a more structured finish

Recommended Fabrics: quilting cotton, heavy linen, denim, canvas, twill, duck cloth

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, a refund will only be provided if you notify us 72 hrs in advance in writing by email, there is a waitlist for the class, AND we are able to fill your spot.  Otherwise a credit for a future class will be issued.

No refunds or credits will be provided if you notify us less than 72 hrs in advance. By registering for the class, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
